This is from my Win7-32 VMWare version of Etka8. There is no LexCom Key in WOW6432Node. There are NO values set in any of the LexCom keys.

Tonight I will take a look at my Win7-64 system, and will see if there are any differences.

My current installation shows up in: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ETKA7.5_International
See screenshot: and the stringvalues of it are in the right pane of the screenshot.

Maybe your current installation shows a location, [911Turbo] [but now it will show ETKA8.0, since yours installed OK]

My Installation aborted the same way as many other peoples did, so I don't have the correct solution, but working on it.

after update my ETKA 7.5 Plus zu Etka 8 no start. Windows 7 32bit.
After a short egg clock nothing happens.

I have the same problem.
Already tried to install 4 times without success.

Update from 7.5PLUS to 8.0 does'nt give any errors ,but after update Etka don't start.
2 times I got message : "MFC-Anwendung ETKA 7 has stopped working" and afterwords nothing happend.

Any idea ?

Again, same here. I'm tired of re-installing now. Takes hours every time. If anyone finds a solution to this, let me know. For now, I'll go with 7.5 until it won't let me anymore

Edit: After installing it one last time, it now works!

I installed the updates manually one by one from the ETKA7.5_International_Updates_2017 folder. Until I had 1185-711-717-1185. Then I installed ETK8-UPGRADE-1186-712-718-1186.EXE from the ETKA8_International_Upgrade_2017 folder. Just like the instruction said. The only difference when I installed it this time is that I manually installed the updates one by one

Is there any updates I need to install after I got the ETKA 8.0 working. It says I've now 1185-711-717-1185 in ETKA 8.0
