E9x 8HP Transmission Problem with DSC
Hello,
i retrofitted a 8HP transmission in my E91 LCI 330d N57. It works perfect except the cruise control. The DSC don't knows the 8th gear. Including the 7th gear, the cruise control (SA544) works perfect. When the transmission switch to the 8th gear, the cruise control turns off. So i think the DSC dont knows the 8th gear. Does anyone know a solution for this problem? Thanks! |

Nice retrofit, are you sure that the problem is in DSC? If yes I would try different SW with WINKFP into DSC. Or DSC unit from car that had 8HP transmission from factory.
Did you use 8hp45 or 8hp70? Did you have to do some coding of EGS? |
