I change the dme module with a used one from a other car. i tried to program this with Winkfp to chane the vin, but with the d-can cable i can not do this. even with Inpa i get no good info about the modules. In other cars my cable works good, but its the first time that i want to reprogram a DME. I use olso ISTA-P with icom module. i can program the DME but the engine not run only the crankc works. so the EWS not comunicate with the DME. I tried to connect Winkfp with Icom, but i not works. i change de ini file but no good.
can someone give me advice to program this DME?

We can't guess which DME you are using... you need to tell us details. But usually you have to align EWS correctly, after you write ISN to the DME. This is EWS3 with fixed ISN and rolling codes. Not as simple.

The VIN has NOTHING to do with it.

You can not install a used DME in E46 because the VIN is wrong.
DME has to be adjusted first to turn it into an E46.

This is completely incorrect. It's all about the ISN key.
You can write VIN with WinKFP at time of UIF update, or you can use Tool32 most of the time to edit UIF.
I do DME swaps from early DME3.3 to MSD81 and most of the in betweens. (MS41, MS42, MS43, MS45, MSV70, MSD80/81, M5.2, ME5.2.1, ME7.2, ME9.2, MSS54, and so on)

MS43, use boot mode fullflash (ground pin 24 of flash at bootup) to write ISN from original DME into donor DME.

If donor DME is not available you need to extract ISN from EWS.
Write new ISN into donor DME, then align DME-EWS to reset rolling codes.

This is a very simple job.

ISN is not part of the checksum calculation.
It's only available if you put the DME in boot mode and read full flash 512kb.

You can accomplish this with a modified Galletto1260 program and K+DCAN/ VAGKKL cable, and use the Audi Boot mode menu: Audi ME 7.x.x 29F400BB profile.
