Hy guys,
Today I installed a brand new 6wb cluster on my 2012.
Everything was good at the begining. Replaced 6wa in fa, inject cafd, etc. but my hud dont`t want to start so I decided to make a full Istep upgrade to my car.
Now the problems began. First, when I tried to flash kombi it ends with an error and after that Dkombi dissapear from my ecu list. When I read Svt I have Bkombi not Dkombi and I can`t code it anymore. Acc, lane change, lane assit is not working and kombi have a red dot on it.

Any help please!

Has time criterion been changed here?
What is displayed when reading with ECU?
And what is displayed when it is read out with VCM?

No time change. The car is 032012.
When I try to read it with ecu, kombi is not there is missing.
In vcm I have f20-14-11-520 and now I tried to upgrade to 17-11-520.

Go back to original equipment then flash the car with the original cluster. Remove 6WB from VA

Irrelevant at this stage, first step to do is to upgrade istep to 07/2017++
And no Time Criterion MUST NOT be changed!
Especially saved in VCM, that is totally wrong! Few shops do this...

f20-14-11-500 / 501/502/503/504/505

Does not matter probably a typo, let's not stop at futile details like this.
Point is, car has older istep than 07.2017, so needs updated first before removing a single screw or changing FA!

12-03-520 is build level
Now I put back my 6wa and still no comunication with ecu.
In ISTA kombi is red
