RE: [SOLVED] BMW E64 disabling active steering
And what if i have a Car >09/2005 with DSCA26 and ZUSB: 6777803
I flashed the Vehicle with DSC260 and ZUSB: 6791109 and everything seems fine but it tells me 5E2C "Wheel Speed Sensor: Wrong Variant" (and something with DRS-Typ MM 3.x) and therefore the DSC Lamp does not go off. |

RE: [SOLVED] BMW E64 disabling active steering
Just did a Bmw E60 545i and i Confirm this works
I removed $217 from VO/FA and coded default KOMBI, SGM, SZL Than (>> kmodel99<<) Remotely used WINKFP to flash EXPERT MODE i did not want to do this since i have no experience with EXPERT MODE, but after learning from kmodel99 its not that hard. DSC60–>zb#6768648 and default coded DSC.... ORIGINAL ZB# was DSCA60–>6768616 Remove A/S Fuse #4–>40amp Than I just did the Steering Angle Calibration and all good to go Big THANK YOU TO kmodel99 |

DSCAxx -> Active Steering DSCxx -> without Active Steering By the way, it's trial and error solution. We aren't 100% sure which one to choose. But I did some of cars with this fault nd haven't any problems. But there is 1-2 people in this thread who brick DSC ECU. In my opinion: 1) You need to choose proper DSC file -> if your ECU is DSCA60, then choose DSC60. 2) When choosing for example DSC60, you will have few ZUSB numbers. Choose the most similar ZUSB to the original. After programming, it will propably stuck on 100% or 99%. Just let leave it for few minutes (5-10 min) and then close WinKFP. Then you need to clear errors and do some initializations/adaptations. BMW Coding Programming Retrofitting

RE: [SOLVED] BMW E64 disabling active steering
I'm trying to do this, but with EHB360 family, to EHBX60. Getting stuck with "Authentication failure" in winKFP..
Anyone has a moment to help me out? |
