Is this with F-chassis?
Have you tried on another car? I had this happen with an F25 that the SVT was completely ruined. If I waited a little (1-2 minutes) then it would connect . This is with 2 genuine ICOM, in direct LAN and through a router. After I fixed the SVT, everything was normal. |

with the old laptop it's still working fine but with the new laptop i setup programs it give that fault so i am sure it's not ICOM problem
it's something with laptop or programs |

I remember I had this when ICOM was configured with a static IP on a different subnet than computer. Fix your IP settings.
