Maybe you can try doing a clean install by deleting all the files manually before trying to try it again. Hope it helps.

In my case, it did not help because i think transbase wrote some data somewhere in Windows.

It does not do that. Everything is in that single folder BMWGroup. And a bit in registry. You can copy that folder and registry onto another machine and it just works. So look into your install procedure. You clearly do something wrong.

Unzip ETK file to usb stick and Try to install from there. Should work ok.
