Normal service resumed. Original EWS, original key+ donor DME and all good.
Now I work on the corrupt dme and see if it is recoverable. |

Well, something very strange is going on here!!!
This same car was updated with Winkfp and exactly the same problem reappeared. Unable to accelerate, airmass faults. It seems like every update of any ecu on this car messes up the map. Is there a known issue with this ECU on E83? I don't understand what is happening!! Installed another DME, flashed it and it begins to run bad. Install dme on another car and it runs ok. It does this only after dme update. Something does not add up and I cant put my finger on it. Why does it run ok with old dme software? It only shows vanos intake fault with an unflashed used dme. Flash dme and immediately airmass errors and inability to run at all!! |
