I have a problem with updating the NBT PROFESSIONAL digital roadmap.  This is an E9X equipped with a NBT PROFESSIONAL system (retrofit).  NBT donor vehicle (VIN F859668).  Receiver vehicle of the NBT system (P072504).

There is currently the "ROAD MAP EUROPE NEXT 2016-2".  I want to put the NEXT 2019-2 version.  With DR GINI, the HU comes out with the VIN of the donor vehicle.  So I have the ASAP FSC code ".DE". 

It looks like there is an NBT emulator...

I insert the USB key containing ROAD MAP 2019-2, the NBT system shows me on the screen "USB device contains a more recent version of navigation data. Some navigation functions will be temporality unvailable", i press "Start update".This message is correct, everything is fine.

Then nothing happens.  The system does not ask me to enter the FSC code.  No progress bar of the update, no message that tells me that the update is done.  The update does not start.

I do not know how to update the digital map ... I need help, I have never experienced this problem so far.  All the updates I made are always done normally.

all i can think of now is that you have a bad usb stick , either bad format or bad copy of the map you have .

I will change usb key, formatted it again in FAT32.  I will try this solution to see.  Thank you

FAT32 does not work well. NTFS works best with NBT.
