I am using an emulator with my retrofitted NBT EVO and ATM from the same car and I have a problem with the connected drive, if I send a remote service request via the My BMW app the car does not receive the message, so I cannot lock/unlock/flash headlights or receive a sent destination, the app reports that it successfully sends the message to the car.

All the other services work perfectly both in the car and on the app so I can see live fuel level and location etc in the app.

In my connected drive portal it shows Unlimited access to remote services and I have renewed my subscription to Connected Drive Professional.
I have updated Connected Drive in the car several times and it has made no difference.


the thing is, if the car is already on or running then it does work ok just not if the car is parked up and locked so I suspect that something needs power while car is in sleep mode so I just need to know what.

Need to connect emulator to 30F power in the car I think nearest place is on IHKA, I will know for sure tomorrow

Ok connected emulator to 30F and can now flash the headlights/lock/unlock/horn BUT I still cannot/do not receive any BMW messages for destinations that are sent from the app (Android or iPhone) so still looking for a solution for that if anyone can help.

Finally solved this and now get messages just fine, added 6NW and 6WD to FA and coded ATM and Evo then updated services via ISTA. Also reinstalled the app on the phone for good measure.
