Never worked with BMW before, what is best combo software + interface for win10 and IOS to work with old X3 E83 from 2005 ?`

You can use BMW Standard Tools (ncs, tool32, winkfp, Inpa...) and OBD interface

You was already told: "BMW Standard Tools (ncs, tool32, winkfp, Inpa...)". Of course you have not defined "work". ESys does NOT work.

After some googling, let me answer by my self , it's a:

- Tool bimmergeeks pack
- Interface is K+DCAN

Esys is for Fxx and Gxx series.
Exx : Standard tools (NCS expert,...)

And/or Ista P/D for E series (workshop software)

If you meant the bimmergeeks standard tools then to be honest Sedoy's standard tools includes more programs and probably a better bet for you, less hassle on setup as well...

All BMW newest tools still have support for all the old cars.

Hi, Sedoy standard tools is the same as bimmergeeks, both with INPA etc just sedoy has more programs included (eg fstool) and less hassle on the setup, give it a try
