FSC Reader e90 lci CIC
Hey guys, I’m using FSC Reader and Generator to generate FSC
When I try to read the fsc with fsc Generator, I can’t Safe the fsc. It says fsc save error. Why? I can read vin with it without problems. It’s a CIC with premium map When I try to read it with CIC Magie the program crashes. |

So tell us, how r u connecting to CIC? E series or F series?
Which tool are u using? (maybe post a screenshot) Did you start the tool with Admin-rights? .:: Thanks+Rep doesn´t kill anybody

He can read, but not save. I think you not have access rights in folder that you will save the file.

It can read the FNG but i cant READ out the FSC, or maybe he reads the FSC but doesnt save it. FSC Generator is saved on HardDrive together with the ecu folder, already tried with admin rights. Nothing helped, it was IFH9 error, i think its cuz I didnt use my ICOM. On E-Series you need Icom to read the 1B FSC. With DCAN as far as I know not possible.

Yes, i can confirm that with a good cable it works. Cable working are bimmergeeks ones, and some but not all kdcan from ebay/amazon/aliexpress with ediabaslib fw flashed, other poor quality cable will never work for this purpose and also will fail in flashing and coding of some modules.

Why don’t you use a “SWID reader”??
I used this software and K+DCAN cable to get 1b file. |
