If you "have" the HUTOOL, contact the vendor to get the needed support.
In the case that you have a hacked version, contact the source where you got it.

maybe another navi was installed

I don't have a running esys on this moment. I did a 1b.hex readout with a USB, this should also be the file from the CIC module installed at this moment.
