When replacing K9F2G08U0B, solder a clean one and then restore the firmware with a flash drive

i bricked my icom a2 today, i changed the serial in the eprom 24c02 and soldered it back in correctly and measured for correct soldering. I then put the ICOM_Restore.bin on a USB stick and plugged it into the icom. after powering up the icom, i tried to hold down the reset button but it didn't show any function, after all this the icom no longer boots correctly. all leds light up red and shortly after the current is supplied, the LAN and the COMM led flash quickly. I only saw afterwards that the reset switch is probably not connected at all, where does it have to be soldered? I have the icom a2 clone with a PCB without wifi.

Did you ever solve this? I have the exact same symptoms after changing the serial. The 2 LEDs flash green real quick and the rest stay solid red.

Hello,

Anyone can help me with updating firmware on my Icom A2 clone, is stuck on 03.15.09. I have tried also with ISTA to update but without success. 
I have attached a video to see how it reacts, after I update the Boot Image, the Application image just stays forever in Update Firmware and after that the Icom comes back in normal state and unchanged version.
Would appreciate your help!

Your system is flashing red, which indicates a malfunction. ICOM won't accept the update until the problem is fixed.

System flashes red because of Fan Test which fails, I have tried with two speed controller fans to remove the Fan Test error, one with 5V and other with 12V but none of them removes the error. With your instruction to connect the fan.

Is this the reason why it fails the firmware update?. Is there any other solution?

yes, this can be the reason, as well as a manufacturer's error due to which half of the RAM is working

The RAM from 254000kB the 230000kB are free.
Also first days after I receive the Icom the System light was green and I couldnt update firmware.
The resistor R119 I have 0.5 kOhm and could be that the reason?
