Hi
Ive got a g20 that is currently having a few issues with the gearbox(will be posting for help on that separately). Ive flashed the gearbox as well as the dme and a few other modules today just to see incase it was a software error and now the key wont start the car even though when i read the key using ista it matches the vin of the car and is showing as enabled.
 Ista has 2 errors ive never seen before and was wondering if anyone has come across anything like this before.

for now i have disconnected the battery and will try again in the morning but thought id ask just incase

nope thats been removed using ista

Look for flexray if all port open and for svt if all module written to vcm

The bug is from ISTA 4.36.XX to 4.38.XX. Your keys are deleted. You need a new BDC.

crap. when you say new bdc , do you mean brand new from dealers or can used ones be used? and is there a tool that allows you to do them? this car is currently going through a salvage repair so isnt in a state to drive to the dealers at the moment 


also is there any more info about this bug as the fault appeared after it was flashed via esys. i havent tried programing it through ista p

also my was plan to check the other suggestions tomorrow when im free on this car. i was thinking of using ista p incase the coding went wrong on esys somewhere

I have same problem after flashing bdc g20, ista online not help and I have to buy new bdc from dealer

also my car even it doesnt start but i can go into diagnostics mode, power on stereo etc did yours all do the same when the bdc failed?

I had similar issue on BMW 1-series, in the end I just did immo-off and all working. Yes the trouble code is still there, but the car now starts and drives as it should with no warnings on the dash.

Does your remote central locking work still?

Central locking don't work as Remote Central doesn't work at all. G series bdc not been cracked yet so you can't do much in terms of stuff like imo off
