I see in Realoem the Alpina B5 G31 LCI uses the 8HP76, but that is the petrol variant.

This guy doesn't understand the basics of the fact that pre-LCI and LCI have no difference in type code if the EGS is the same. If not, then he needs to figure out which model has his transmission and build custom FA accordingly.
A lot of 2020-2022 LCI 530 were flashed with Alpina flash using JD11/JN51 and 0317 Zeitkriterium
It's a good idea to spend, or waste, some time to gain experience.

In the neighbor topic, people on 34 pages are seriously discussing how to get as much as !!15 kW!! by flashing RWD M2 firmware into an all-wheel drive G8X. And it is Okay for 15kW

You definitely cannot flash the software from an 8HP75 based on JN51 Calculation onto an 8HP76. The BTLD ID is different.

We are talking about G3x 530d and D5S or B5. Not other cars or transmissions
