0Engine  swap 6hp to 8hp70 на bmw 750xi 2009 (F02)
BMW 750xi (F02) 2009, N63, xDrive.

A transmission swap from 6HP to 8HP70 has been completed.
The transmission wiring connector was modified, an oil line adapter was installed, and the 8HP70 is циLoскёd.

The vehicle drives and shifts normally up to 6th or 7th gear, then there is a harsh shift/impact, followed by “Transmission Malfunction”.
There are fault codes related to engine torque.

It feels like the DME still thinks it is working with a 6HP transmission.
My assumption is that there is incorrect or missing communication between the DME and EGS, especially regarding torque requests and torque monitoring.

What has been done so far:
– The “Zeitkriterium” in the Vehicle Order was changed to 12/2012 (the donor 8HP70 was removed from a 2012 550xi)
– An attempt was made to reprogram / flash the DME and EGS

This did not resolve the issue, and additional faults appeared related to the fuel pump control module, so the situation actually worsened.

Has anyone dealt with a similar 6HP → 8HP70 swap on a pre-LCI F01/F02 xDrive?
I would really appreciate any guidance on what exactly needs to be programmed or changed (VO, flashing strategy, ) to make this setup work correctly.

I would be very grateful for any tips or suggestions.

You need to program the engine software from the F10 550iX onto your engine control unit (ECU). According to the ETK (Electronic рдят5 Catalog), the ECUs are identical. Feel free to contact me if you need help. If that doesn't solve the problem, it could be coming from the DXC.

That's right, I just checked the catalog. The 550iX type code SP41 EU or SP43 US version also had the 8HP70X transmission installed.

RE: swap 6hp to 8hp70 на bmw 750xi 2009 (F02)
The first attempts were to program the DME and EGS as F10 (Type Code: FU93) with Zeitkriterium 0312, but ё_5у5 was showing configuration errors.
Then, thanks to your advice, we tried programming it as F07 (Type Code: SP43) with Zeitkriterium 0312. That time everything went through successfully, and the programming of both DME and EGS was completed without issues.
After programming, an EKPS (Electric Fuel Pump) error appeared:
"CED400 – No message (delivery quantity) receiver EKPS."
The fuel pump was running constantly at full power.
To resolve this, DME coding was performed:
DME → CAF → 3320 BSU-config → EKP → Ausgelesen → FA-can was changed to A-can.
The vehicle shifts without any issues now and runs perfectly.
Thank you very much for your help!

I'm glad your retrofit worked out.
