Do you have the NLC firmwear and you couldn't do it?
Or you use the files shared by Mr. Obdstart?

The files from the firs post contain the PSA Interface Checker and the firmwear 4.3.0
But this will not help you flashing your PSA XS Evolution tool
There are two way to flash this tool
1. flashing Winbond eeprom and Fujitsu MCU using external programmers and dumps for Winbond and Fujitsu MCU
2. flashing tthe tool using PSA Interface Checker and a special firmwear devoled by Mr. NLC
This firmware it's not delivered for anyone and contain personal details of the one for who was made. Not to be distributed for free

Reread the second post about, I have already explained .... the correct files for flashing MCU and SPI(by ISP prog and universal prog) are on post # 8 !

For a nlc flash method, see him in PM on anoter forum !

I found this text on net about update firmware PSA interface via USB to new version diagbox 7.xx, also "PSA Interface Checker v3" I receive from some chinese guy.
I not tested this, and if some want to make this procedure, I wait feedback report work or not on CAR.
Also I upload "PSA Interface checker v3" and "appli_4_3_0.com" file

answer to your question yes it work perfect update firmware PSA interface via USB to new version diagbox 7.xx and work on CAR 100% TESTED
BUT with nlc files
it's his job and he did all the rights
it was he who did create the usb solution

No working via USB. Need to use external programer to reprogram eeprom.
In this case "PSA Interface Checker" (like name says..) is only for check your interface version. For work with Diagbox 7.xx you must have type interface Reference serial "963830 C/" and "Evolution" drivers on devices manager window...
