maybe another navi was installed

I don't have a running esys on this moment. I did a 1b.hex readout with a USB, this should also be the file from the CIC module installed at this moment.

No idea where you ordered, but possible that you local time isnt the same as where you ordered.
Normaly, should the seller / reseller send you the FSC repair pack after the ordered FSC is issued to the VIN.

Around 20:10 Local Time downloaded again FSC Pack, difference time inside pack it's 18:10, not present new FSC Code
