I had lifetime FSC code generator and generated life time code for West premiums europe 2016-1 to update the maps to 2017-1.

CIC gave error 'incorrect code'.

Had to update xml and generate a new code for 2017-1 (not lifetime) and it worked.

You need latest .xml

Normally with a lifetime code the lookup code shouldn't matter, right? With my 1B FSC I get the same code regardless if I try 2014 or 2017-1 maps.

yes true, lookup really not need for lifetime, but in any generators is neccesary for just select type of map. like WEST EUROPE year not important. because the index is remplaced by FF for lifetime.

Is possible make lifetime with all lookup not is needed last version

That could just mean your generator or lookup.xml was bad. Early generator versions did occasional output false codes. But, for the latest release, I have only had issue with year specific not accepted when lifetime was and not the other way around.

Easiest way , access to asap portal or trick local dealer that you need repair kit should not cost anything . witin zip file you find b1 or de file which generator ask for file you brose to file , then generate away work like a charm , thanks or rep is more than welcome (all you need is last 7 of vin)
