Hello Guys,
I'm pretty much new to wis/epc ewanet,, so please bare with me.
I install the wis/epc program and all works great without problem. I install updates from the forum (last 10/16 ) all still working fine with all traffic lights on green. Then one day I open and get message that Java is out of date unable to proceed. So I tick the box to update. After update I can no longer open EPC or WIS and my traffic lights for the data base's go red . The only way I can get going again is to uninstall and start again. This has happened a few times now and always after a Java update. I try to ignore the update request and the program will not run. I'm sure it's something stupid that I am doing or not doing ! Has any one else had this problem that can point me in the right direction as it's quite annoying spending half a day sorting it out each time.

HI Again,
Got traffic lights all green by reinstalling database but now when trying to start get the following message:- "SLQ / Database problem during server initialization"
and fail to start.
any ideas anyone please.

After installation , open the program. You will see your Id & password.
Then PM me your ID & password. Leave your laptop online, so I check it for you.

Glad to say that this problem corrected it's self after the next update.
