Sometimes cheap usbs takes longer than 20 secs you should check if it blinks but if definetly no restart after even half minute or so, then something didnt match and patch was not performed. No harm done, worst case scenario its virginized. It wont make patching if not 100% matched with latest sw oem state

Brate, would be possible to remove the condition of latest oem sw state as it will be more efficiancy to void CIC flashing on older car.

Moreover how checks the system whether it is the latest OEM SW state or which I leved did you hardcoded? For example if the car becomes in future another sw update, I guess that will cancel the FSC created throught your tool and it would be necessary to downgrade to PsdZdata matching your tool, which full data will be obsolete and nowhere to find.

Are there any big changes between SW states or what kind of problems you see not to cancel the the condition of latest oem sw state?
