I just inspected it, logo images (i will attach them to this post) are located in IFS image /etc/splash_wide.png and /etc/splash_narrow.png and are invoked by CicHighEceUsaRoot (in "normal" mode) or Bootloader (in "bootloader" mode) and these two files are also on IFS images, so the IFS image needs to be patched

it will, but its not that easy to rebuild IFS images, you will have to do it manually, its not read-write system, and even if you dont want to repleace them there, as paths are hardcoded to the binaries, you would need to patch the binary which is also on IFS there is no way around it. Good thing is that flash file system is initiated just before Root app starts so you can change path to /EFS_RO/ or somewhere else if you dont want to patch IFS each time you change logo or if you want to do it other way, you need to modify imagefs from IFS
