Larry,

If your CIC did flash on the second attempt with the USB stick it means the first flash worked. Intel123's script will not apply the flash again if it was successful the first time.

Please note I used FSTool as I have an E70, so this may be sightly different to ESys.

For each FSC I always loaded my modified FSC into FSTool then did the following:

1. I set Apple.Nr = the FSC I want to upload (i,e Apple.Nr. =17 if I was applying 17, Apple.Nr. =19 if I was applying 19)
2. I modified my FSC templates with my VIN then I set up fstool to use my VIN
3. I ensured the path to the Sig certificate , Root certificate and FSC certificate is correct
4. I ensured the enabling code path points to the FSC folder where I stored my modified FSCs
5. Executed Store SIG_Cert
6. Executed Check SIG_Cert
7. Executed Store FSCS_Cert
8. Executed Check FSCS_Cert
9. Executed Store FSC_Cert
10. Executed Check FSCS_Cert

I then restarted my CIC before I begun loading the next FSC
