XZBMW  Questions about BMW-Equipment ICOM
Hi Guys,

I have a few more questions about BMW equipment.
Currently I am looking for a relative complete equipment for coding.

1. What is ICOM accurate?
2. What can ICOM more than INPA with cable?
3. Are the clones really so much worse?
4. Do you have purchase recommendations?

Thank you first
Yippy

1) Device that can make computer communicate with your BMW
2) INPA is good for E-Series and DIAG only (some-coding) for Flashing make sure you buy another module just incase INPA refused to AUTO-Detect Speed and make modules become a brick
3) version 1 ICOM (bullet proof build) opposed to v2... i haven't tested v3 but BMW constantly remind's us that there is ALOT of problems with firmware on v3

If any of my posts or current one helps then don't forget to press thanks and add a reputation thankyou

I didn't now, that the Auto-Detect-Speed is not correct to any Modules!
Are there any concrete examples?

Thx a lot!!! smile

Honestly i don't have to prove you anything..... until "YOU" personally "IF" will come across it, but make sure so come back to this thread and post your examples to disprove otherwise.... Because i do come across more often "NOW" then before

Sorry, what is your problem?
I was looking forward to your response.
My curiosity refers to your hint with affected control devices.
