I don’t think so. No dump file available for Nec chip.
A atmega chip vcds câble cost 20€ on Aliexpress... |

thanks everyone for your help so far. now I have a new problem, the cable that the pictures can be fixed FTDI mprog, but you can not upload any software using the Atmega programmer
