i have a vcds clone from china and when i connect it to my pc device manager see it as op com v2 , so the vcds cant see the cable and also i cant install the correct drivers.can anyone help me?

Hi
Try check interface with MPROG,  have it in first post here, Loadre V2. and do you have OP Com instaled at your computer?

Please conect interface and with Mprog, Read and Read and Read and Parse device (like on this picture), upload screenshot here. on this picture was read OP Com, and please upload picture of our interface.

Hi. Use MPROG and change / program EPT from vcds.

Loader 9.2 work fine with VCDS ENG 19.6.1 and VCDS ITT 19.6.1

Hi, everybody!
I ordered a VCDS HEX-CAN cable from China, at first they promised me that they would provide English software, but then they provided Chinese software 19.6.1.  I have manually searched the English version 19.6.1 with the VCDS loader 9.2.  However, I cannot use the Basic setting function for the engine and the gearbox.  What is my problem here?  And I also can't check for software updates.  Can you guys explain to me about this problem? I've uploaded VCDS 19.6.1 both of English and Chinese version. Who can help me?
