CIC: Replace FSC that has been rejected
I am doing a retrofit from CCC to CIC.
I used CIC Patcher V2 usb method to patch the CIC. When I first import them they say Brought-In, but eventually switch to rejected Do I just need a FSC repair kit? If anyone would be willing to remote, I will pay to get this done. (please pm) |

RE: CIC: Removing/Replace FSC that has been disabled
You have messed up a few steps. You need to run "Check" after you have "stored" on ALL fsc and ALL certs.
Judging from your photo, you need to do this and in correct order: CheckSigCert StoreFSCCert on 6F and 9B CheckFSCCert on 6F and 9B StoreFSC+CheckFSC on 1B and 9B Then open FSC generator 1.0.0.8 and open 1b file, generate a lifetime code -> make a new text document, name it and change .txt to .fsc -> XXXXXXX_002800FF.fsc (XXXXXXX= your vin) Open it and paste your 20 digit code. Save it and StoreFSC + CheckFSC on it. Reboot CIC and voila Please, Press the Buttons and if you feel that this post helped you!

RE: CIC: Removing/Replace FSC that has been disabled
If fsc is disabled you cannot write same cert over it or older one, so, what you can do is:
1) virginize then re-apply fsc 2) edit FSC cert for 0x19 and change signing date (add one day, hour month..) and then sign it you will be able to re-apply this FSC as it has newer signing date then current canceled one

RE: CIC: Removing/Replace FSC that has been disabled
So I changed the date on the FSC's to another month ahead..
When I imported with Gini, it says brought in, then later says rejected. If anyone would be willing to remote, I will pay to get this done. (please pm) |
