You can just try:
FEM_BODY -> TCM_MSA_DEFAULT_OFF from nicht_aktiv to aktiv = Auto-Start-Stop set to ‘Off’ at every startup Or FEM_BODY -> TCM_MSA_MEMORY from nicht_aktiv to aktiv = Auto-Start-Stop remembers if set to ‘On’ or ‘Off’ from previous shutdown |

In CAS F10, if you set TCM_MSA_DEFAULT_OFF to active, it will not activate MSA in ECO Mode. I did this in F30,too (FEM_Body)
