This is a 2006 E60 N52.
Due to ARS problems (leaking lines and seals, sensors codes etc.) I'd like to remove this option from the VO so it wont give me error codes.
I did the modification with NCSexpert.
After that I generated the VO with the ARS module($229) removed for ISTA-P, but the change will not be reflected in ISTA-P giving me errors with "no communications" with the DME and else.
ISTA is asking to reconnect the module to finish testing, and then remove it from the VO.
I do not know how to Import the VO. Do I need something additional to Import the New VO to ISTA-P, like IBAC code or FSC?,
If so, how can I get the codes generated. This way the whole car can be reprogrammed by ISTA-P the right way.

If you change the VO then it as to be reflected on ista P or D
Best way is:

Change VO with NCS on both CAS and LRM.
Then check with ista D if the new VO is correct.
after that disconnect the ARS and program with ista P on expert mode .
You can choose what modul you want to code or program.

After modifying the CAS and LM VOs with NCSexpert, ISTA_D and ISTA-P list the VO without ARS module ($229). Meaning is taken the modification from NCS. But after Reprogramming the DME and CAS modules with ISTA-P expert mode, the Fault "DME-ARS Communicating error" still present.

Did you phisicaly disconnect ars module from wiring? Or remove ars fuse?
I checked your report and you did not program DDE just DSC. Try to program DDE i think you do not need to program CAS.

I decided to modify the ARS back to Original. And lucky me the ARS worked OK after taking care of a code with the Lateral Acceleration Sensor.
