E65 was last updated to E065-15-07-500 back in 56.2, 2-1/2 years ago.

That's not what the 64.0 ileveltoversion.csv Table shows:

Strange. Release Notes shows E065-17-11-520 but Ista-p ileveltoversion.csv shows E065-15-07-500.

Yes!
The ileveltoversion.csv is is crap.

The only thing that changed the door module coding, as I see it.
There have been many problems with soft-close system. Often unlocks and returns, i had a problem with it.
What is interesting is that it was implemented with the new CAS software, add a new FA as well!

If somebody interested in the details, I can help, but must be in ISTA-P too!

The ileveltoversion.csv Table besides it showing E065-15-07-500 instead of E065-17-11-520, also shows R056-17-03-504 as far back as 61.3 (last 14 releases).
