Yes it is. r270 can do it with cluster eeprom160D0WT??  (Only Vin??))

Does the original binary file of kombi get from F31? I saw binary file info and looks like real vin is K306702

I just changed short vin in my F11 6WA fit, then coded, no issues,
following posts on forums failed for me so went to how I would have done it with E series clocks and they worked right away,
