RE: DME X6 4.0D EWS PROTECTION AFTER CHANGING
ISN from CAS cannot by written into used DME? I mean is it possible to read and edit DME eeprom (or where is it stored) to make ISN the same as in CAS and EGS?

RE: DME X6 4.0D EWS PROTECTION AFTER CHANGING
Solution is simple as hell...
1. Read from defective (source DDE) dflash 1 and 2 with suitable tricore boot tool and save... and 2. Write dflash data to new (target DDE) dflash 1 and 2 with suitable tricore boot tool 3. Modify VIN in iflash data on target DDE. If you cant find it, just use winkfp to program correct OPA AND ODA Files to match correct Software and write new VIN 4. Code new DDE with NCS Since DDE7xx is EWS4 no alignment of DDE AND CAS is needed. Remember, use data from SOURCE DDE... ISN must match EGS as well otherwise you will lock out EGS if isn data is wrong :-P If you somehow dont manage to do this, write me an PM. |
