Issue with retrofit CIC and the options
Hello,
At first hello to you guys. Maybe I can find Help here. Or someone else has the same problem like me. (Iam from Germany, sorry for my bad english) My problem is, I cannot activate various options in my CiC like "3 times flashing light" or "locking while driving" (see in the video). I have no idea where my problem is. I is a BMW E90 from 2006. Cic, Mulf and FRM2 is retrofitted. I think at the beginning the options worked. At least what i have chance in the car is installed a new battery. Can you help me? Here is the video. https://youtu.be/3QPNKFMyN58 |

frm2 - pre lci car i guess issue is there code frm module manualy to have 3times flasshing |

i believe you don t have a proper GW flashed to your cic or wrong coding in the cic

a. As dumitu says. It’s most likely coding fault or he flashed fault. Because frm2 works well with cox. Doesn’t matter.

Okay later i Check the Coding from the cic again. From my side the cic is Not flashed. Which GW must i have?

is the cic installed with an emulator? if yes, .. check it or exclude it.

At first it was an emulator installed. Now i have unplugged it. I can see Service, Check Control oil Level and so on. Today i Check my coding from the cic.. i have coded it with an empty .man file. Nothing changed

you do not need to encode it with an empty MN, ..
use your FA (with 609 and date 0908) also codifies FRM, checking that in FA there are the options for which this FRM has been added.
