I have HUTool V2. I confirm that it doesn't work for latest HU_NBT2 HW/FW version. I heard that V3 supports latest HU - but I'm not sure.
Someone has a good way to have Engineering Tool or HUTool V3 ? PM me please

BIN file solutions no longer work on head units flashed with 11.2018+ istep, all BIN file applications affected as far as I know.

Solutions to fix this are in progress by application vendors

For old HU_NBT2 flashed with latest PSDZDATA, the BIN file works fine for me. Only brand new HU received since 3 months, the BIN patch doesn't restart the HU, but BIN patch that auto install FSC works fine for these new HU.
I think it's a hardware issue..

There is no hardware issue
Prepare your units before applying BIN files.

In latest FW from BMW,USB patching is disabled,so it is not a HW issue.

Location of the development is Germany.

Had issue with loading FSC after latest F20-18-11-520 ilevel. It’s done and can confirm all works properly.

It is the same for all tools that use .Bin files - latest firmware does not allow upload - it is being worked on.
