Hi,

I have done a few of evo + atm retrofits without any issue however when i retrofitted one yestersay its not working. When I check the atm module with tool32 it says "3d fix" but on the nbt evo it says "Reserved"

I previoulsy have used emulator to keep the connected drive/remote services and it all worked fine but customer wanted FSC codes and no emulator and wasn't botherd about remote services. Could it be that without the emulator it wouldn't comunicate the gps data.

Any help or ideas would be appriciated.

I have an ATM unit with the same fault, I have flashed the ATM the the latest i-level to match the EVO but error still exists, I think the ATM is faulty as I tried another unit & GPS shows immediately

Hello everybody, I'm writing here (even if this topic seem to be out of date) for the same problem:

F33, NBT EVO HU and GPS receiver in ATM box in the trunk;
In Ista I see in ATM value 3D Fix, but in HU menu service no satellites value (all value in ---) and GPS is "reserved";
The trouble is: "car position on the map always static, no change driving"
VIN is ok in HU and ATM
Online service backend launched by Ista are: ok for ATM, error for HU.
Bluetooth and SOS are ok (ATM)
In laboratory using ATM emulator in 3 minutes GPS fix done and data passed @ the HU upgrading position on map.
Regularly programmed and coded all ECU @ last I level 22-07-530, no error in ECU's tree.

May be also for my case ATM-TCB damaged even without error?
To sum up seem that my ATM is not passing GPS data @ the HU, emulator do.
HELP to everybody!!!
