 Vanos solenoids replaced with brand new ones errors cleared,
as soon as car starts they come back .
 engine start and runs ok .
Front main seal was replaced because serpentine belt broke and some parts of it was found behind the pulley .

Not to be the bad luck guy, 

Looks the cam timing is off, if so you can try by re-timing the engine in the cams. But it the codes come back then need to re-time engine plus replace the crank hub bolt 11 21 1 439 395 and properly re-torque it. most likely got loosen when the belt got stuck in the pulley.

Note: recheck bolt part number it may not be correct because no VIN # provided

a) check the positions of camshafts, using special tools;
b) replace the rings of the sensor (it can be magnetized – also this can generates extra error messages);
c) replace the VANOS sensor.(magnetic field of hall sensor degraded)

be careful from holes that one of them used to hold crankshaft during timing as they close to each other

And how about rings on camshafts, any wear in cylinder head where are the rings in contact with head?

Again sorry for the bad news, I hope am wrong but you have the codes:

2A99 crankshaft exhaust camshaft correlation

in other words the correlation (timing) between crank and both cams is incorrect,

those aren't vanos plausibility or control or adaptation that can be cured with outside parts, or the wear in the cam journals
