How do you find details of what to do to get the paid version. Token master website just has login. Or am I being daft and missing something obvious?

Well... it looks like my only option left is to purchase cracked Launcher Pro v2.8.1 with 10 year token.
Hope some day Tokenmaster will give access to the genuine Launcher Pro.

Token does not respond to anyone with December, judging by posts in his blog
i am not responding from 16.01.2019, only auto\answer robot

9/10 have problems with him. before he took money on his account and people could easly open dispute and refund money. now he is asking make donations to churches/hospitals/centers etc like for friend or family. I assume in this case people cant refund money back. Hundred people did not get any response from him around the world. People only loosing time, money and nervs. Terrible service =(
