F25 Led tail light retrofit?
Hi everyone I'm new to the forum, so I have a 2013 BMW X3 with halogen light and recently I found a pair of used tail light with led bar in it for very cheap price. I want to know is it possible to retrofit fit my halogen tail light to the one with led bar, it seems like they have same connector but one extra wire for the led driver. Anyone have ideas on how to do the wiring?

Add to VO (HO-Words) option HLED and code FRM. You have to add two additional wires from the left and right external taillights to FRM. See wiring diagram in Rheingold.

Hi there, so I had those tail light installed and ran wires from FRM to tail light have HLED option added but the tail light still won’t light up here is how I added HLED option is that correct?

Hello, didn't code my FRM yet bacuase I'm new to coding and have no idea how to code FRM after chaning my VO

You must code FRM, adding word to FA doesn't make any changes

Okay, so I activated my edited FA and coded to FRM but tail light still isn’t lighting up. Anyone knows how to code it? I can pay for remote coding
Does xenon headlights and halogen headlight uses same FRM in 2013 production cars? It looks like I have FRM3 |

ok, after coding Xenon option tail light works which mean my wiring is correct but my headlight is halogen and all tha lamp mapping is wrong anyone know which option to edit in FDL?
