It's not working for my pc, every time I open cafd file with launcher I get same mapping and in my temp/cache new files.

@all with static activation issue, did you use the request code that shows in the head of the programm for activation at tokenmaster homepage?

The barcode for Dynamic is displayed on the website of TM, but it also works for Static in the launcher itself. TM has resolved the problem recently, so static and dynamic can be selected as before

The QR Code is your secret key and is what enables 2FA/Time-base One-time passcode. It's the same QR code generated by the app or the website. You can scan either of these codes using your mobile devices.

One of the improvements I made is to not rely on server time. My webhost can't be trusted with keeping their servers' time properly synced.

Also, for Static activation to work, you must either have a free slot (usually 2 activation codes), or the  code shown on the title bar matches one of your two codes.

Dynamic activation can be used on 1 PC every 7 days. If it's the same PC, it should reactivate fine, albeit the 7 day holding period gets pushed forward. If it's a different PC, you must wait until after 7 days/168 hours. You'll know when the holding period is in effect if you get Error 403 - Forbidden

So if I improve my machine, for exampe adding more RAM, UID of the machine change and lose one slot for static activation yes?

Yes, I‘ve change SSD but used a clone from old, from this change my static doesnt work.
After I put the code from the bottom line at Tokenmaster page as request code its works Ägäis.
Dynamic works after 7 days but static was my problem but now fixed.

Where you put code from tokenmaster page? First need to put code from google auth. Then you dont have field to input any codes, only static/dynamic and activation button

Since my update of the new launcher i can't get any of my activations work, static or dynamic.

Dynamic gives me an error 403 (did not switch laptop).
Static result in "error occurred while validating activation". (did not switch laptop)

2 days ago everything was fine but then suddenly it wasn't anymore.

Running windows 7 64 bit.

Regedit checked out.

I activated the launcher on the same laptop with a different hard drive, but both drives had problems. Now I can not activate the launcher with the new hdd. Remove the activation codes from your account 727212@.
