How to disable brake light faulty on BMW 520 LCi with NCS Expert?
hi i have issuse on my bmw 520 lci 2010. i have brake light faulty on dashboard. Error code on ISTA d is 00A8C2 - front left direction faulty 2 , left brake faulty 2, rear left direction faulty 2. Im changed brake bulbs but still error. All lights working correctly ! How disable this faulty message with NCS Expert?

or you can disable check for this bulbs, put your trc file. i can disable those check

You are right  first i check ground connection on the tailight. but if i dont found where is problem then i vill disable them.

TRC from LMA, disable kalt and warmcheck on the lines with BL in them, also fehlermeldung disable.

You should also check main ground battery to Chassis. It has often bad contact and cause strange problems.

Correct the problem instead of disabling them. The system is telling you something in the wiring is not right. Get wiring diagram and check all connections from FRM to light. You cant go disabling everything that is challenging to solve

And in worst case, there is added resistance in ground, meaning it can start burning something.
As others have said: repair the problem, don't put Your head under the pillow... |
