problem with eCOM benz tool
i was installed xentry open shell (3/2019). previously i can connect this software with SDconnect C4. but i cant connect it with eCOM benz tool. it have fault(749) Due to network problem...

Check the network mask configured in both the ecom and the network card used to connect.

i have a problem when DAS connected to ECOM, xentry i can connect but DAS cannot connect. Please give me some advice
