F45 retrofit SAS module for ACC but module is red
Hi All
what should have been a simple retrofit has become the uppersit. I have created at wiring harnes that follows the diagram like the one attached. checked the wiring before mounting it and rechecked arfter it was mounted in the car.... Now the question to is do I have to code the BDC (A258) to open the flexray ports or should the module be vissible in ista+ without coding the BDC? I know I have to add the option 5AT + 5AR + 5DF and recode... But Just wanted to know before I mess something up? Also I think I hve got a wrong SAS module (same car but newer)...But still shouldn't it just show up thanks in advance Don't forget to press and , if my post helped you.

Maybe someone Can add information about how the flexray bus is working. As I have tried all I can think of and still the module is not showing up

RE: F45 retrofit SAS module for ACC but module is red
In the link for retrofitting SAS in a I3 it states you have to change the ABS sensors. On my F45 I have to replace the rear ABS sensors.
Just out of curiosity does anyone know what the differece is on these sensors? The price is the same. Don't forget to press and , if my post helped you.
