I want to buy second tool for VAG. Have vag-com now:
VAS 5054 OR VXDIAG VCX NANO

Both work with latest ODIS, but what is the difference? Witch one to get?

I don´t have good
experiences with VXDIAG. Troubles with connection , licence etc. Used 5054A is cheap option because updates in future.....

I do not own VXDIAG, but have seen good reviews about it.

I have a good quality clone of VAS5054, never had any probs with VAG cars.
The thing is, VAS5054 becomes, sort of "abandoned". If you check new ODIS S/E threads, you will see, only original VAS6054 supported by latest releases.

I'd go with VXDIAG, just choose more advanced version, so new modules/licenses can be added in the future(if required).
