thank you very much! Things got clear. I am doing mostly MQB and MLBe platform, so will need the OEM HEX-V2 unlimited.

Hello,
Someone has any advise how to solve STM32F405 cable with this message: "Illegal Device. Device Locked."
I have two cable one is working fine other has this message.
No defender, no antivirus soft, everything disabled.
Tried to install different version of soft, different VIIPlusLoader, tried almost all of the versions but one of the cable not working.
Anyone has an idea whats wrong or how can I repair it?
Firmware update done when I installed other VIIPLUSLOADER but I got the same results.
Also tried different program, different language version. Different PCs, different usb port but all the time same result.
One of the cable works other one got this message above.
This is two same cable with STM32F405 chip.
Someone can advise?

I'm wondering if any developer tool for it?
I have no other idea, I hope someone had similar issue who solved it.

Thanks, I have these but non of them helps.

Otherwise this ARM UPDATER not found any interface. This should be done via VIIPLUSLOADER but probably should rewrite something deep as well. 
So no clue... sad

I don't understand it either. The original equipment, which allows you to easily update the software shell, is very convenient.
