Bmw 318d 2018 service history
Hej guys ,
Today i had a customer with a 318d from 2018 for maintenance, oil and filter change...and i wanted to update his service history with blackbox sistemi services manager...after uploading it to the vehicle the service history vanished from the idrive menu,this never happened to me before...is there anyone who can help me sort this out because i have no clue what happened ... and i really want to get it fixed for him Thx in advance |

if you used the lite version of blackbox sistemi, it will wipe off the existing history. since you dont have any backup( pics ) of the existing history. send your vin , will get the official service history off bmw servers, then you can use another soft - hu service manager to load in the service info

I found this the hard way as well
