Hi!
I did not manage to solve the problem, when I wanted to decrypt the files it does not allow me, do you have any other idea?  
on this laptop I had many programs for most interfaces and I can't find them! do you have any idea???

All information was given in the video.

My advice is:

1. Always keep zipped backup copies of your programs and files. 
2. Get a new SSD, reload fresh windows and start over again.
3. When you have completed your system, make a full disc backup from acronis boot disc usually this means you end up with a large backup .tib file.
4. if anything happens in future it takes about 25 minutes to restore a full system with the acronis restore function.

5. keep your old disc as it is and wait for the decryption password to be discovered by the tool you were using.

I tried, but the problem is with the online version, and it can't be unlocked, only if it was the offline version (of the virus) it could also be downloaded from the PC.

I installed windows again but the files remained with the same extension (.eiur)
the antivirus does not find virus files
