Basically had to take it apart and solder up to it and write a dd dump from another fresh unit, then go through and re-flash and reconfigure everything.

Your nbt evo was broken btld when you V850. The easiest way for you to fix the problem is to backup (adjbock I use hutool pro 3.9). Then write dumps (C, DFLASH) from the same 1 nbt evo (using vvdi prog). After nbt evo works write back to adjbock (purpose to reuse old hdd, hdd is locked by serial number, mac..). This is the sure way to solve your problem.

This is a very very backwards way to solve a different problem.
This is only a fix for btld failing at 100% and writing the dflash and afterwards restoring the adjust block is not needed at all.

His problem is that it doesn't authenticate for flash and that's just caused by OMAP eMMC partially corrupted.
He had ssh, ashame I came across this thread so late, I could have just solved this via ssh.

Exactly the wrong solution no need to replace dumps etc. I already had some units that I fixed via ssh, easily!
