I'd like to retrofit the NBT in my E90.
In the articles I often see, NBT is attached to the one equipped with CCC or CIC.
However, my E90 doesn't have either navigation.
Is it possible to retrofit NBT without CCC or CIC?

Main problem is to mount screen. But without ori navi You can try to fit a 10.25" screen.
I would try it with android mounting plate/

I would recommend swapping the dash. I can probably swap it out in about two hours now.

It is possible to install the NBT in a E90.
Without a OE Navigation System, it's even easier because you can adjust the F Model's Display better than glue it into the CIC case.

So, I'd consider purchasing a mount.

It's nice that instlattion is easy.

But module installation and coding seems difficult...

I've done a few codings for E60 NBT retrofit (with cargrade) and coding itself is easy, but the unit must have the latest i-levels (at least 2014) to work fine. Else, you need to update.

The i-levels on my E90 have never been updated.So, it remains an older version.
I’ll update when NBT is retrofitted.

Not car's i-level, but HU NBT software. Some parameters from cargrade coding list does not exist on older software.
Car's i-level doesn't matter.
