Hello all

I have one G31 Alpina with MGU replacement due to water damage. 

MGU is used. 

Now i need to initialize component protection through FSC and also verification process of certificates. 

I have AOS access ISTA and also S-Gate.
I'm very familiar with the process. 


Problem is:
I ordered through technical support the unlock FSC on Wednesday but they haven't sent it yet. 
The car owner has the car on sale, and needs to make car ready before Sunday.

My question is, is there any one here that can supply unlock fsc codes for MGU? Of course not for free.

they won't issue cp code for used mgu - if you familiar with the process that's obvious

I have exchanged maybe 4 or 5 MGU the past years on theftrepair jobs and Technical support always issue the fsc code required. Although it might take a few days. 

They only want the diagnostics protocol. Also they request the vin of the donor car, as well as the reason for the exchange.

The problem here is that I don't have the time to wait until Monday

Just curious, do you have to submit a ticket in AOS/S-Gate to get the FSC for CP?

AOS ISTA vehicle diagnostic protocol uploaded to BMW server and creation of support ticket.

CP can be removed on bench or via OEM FSC for CP.  Both take time...

I send them an email using a different email address and they replied very fast.
They said that my ticket was lost somewhere due the different departments.
